January 8: Q&A, 5 Year Journal

Do you hate the idea of a diary? No time to write in a journal? If you’ve answered yes to both, then this product is for you. I have been raving about this Q&A Journal for a year. I love it so much that I gave it to all my friends for their birthday this past year. And as I embark on my second year of writing in this journal, I think it is the perfect time to introduce it to the rest of you.

Unlike a typical journal, where thinking about what to write can often be a daunting experience, Q&A journal has pre-written questions for every single day that help guide your thought process. Sometimes they are as simple as “What can you smell right now?” to more thought provoking ones like, “Write a haiku about your day.” Regardless of the depth of the questions, the answer space is always the same: 4 lines. It really couldn’t get easier than that.

Sometimes, the answers are very short

But my favorite part of this journal is the literal evidence I have of how I change (or not) over the course of 5 years. Do certain answers always remain similar? Do other aspects change dramatically? I love the idea of documented change of me, for me.

Wonder if this will always be my most boring topic to discuss

It’s such a small book that I am able to carry it with me everywhere so I never miss a day, yes, even on all my trips. So, if you’d like to see how you change, then head over to Amazon and get yourself one! It’s less than 10 USD.

Happy Writing!
