Daily Recommendation: 15 Minute Workout

I never do a daily recommendation without having tried the product out for myself. But like all rules, there are exceptions. And while I have not tried out this 15 minute exercise pattern in the order in which suggested, I am done every single one of those exercises and I know they WORK! So, while I give this workout a try every day, I thought I would share it with you so you could do it with me too! 

For a girl always on the go, I have real difficulties fitting in a good work out, I know there is no excuse, but it is the truth. So, finding a workout that is both physically doable and easily incorporable into my daily life is a godsend. No equipments required, just your body weight, who doesn’t have 15 minutes in a day for themselves? For more details on the workout and videos on how to do each exercise, click here

I’m going to give myself a two weeks challenge by doing this everyday and eating as healthy as I possibly can and see what kind of results I attain. Keep watching this space for an update.
